As per the latest promo of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, it has been shown that there is a tiff between Mr. Bajaj and Anurag over Prerna again. Anurag asks Mr. Bajaj to leave Prerna and stop all the drama. In one of the scenes of the promo, it has been shown that Prerna and Mr. Bajaj dance on a song at the event. However, Prerna loses her balance as Mr. Bajaj dances faster than her and is about to fall down.
But Anurag shows up there as usual and gets hold of Prerna at the right time. Post that, both Anurag and Prerna's eyes get locked as she trips on him.
